Why are momoko dolls so expensive

They're so cute and their outfits are awesome! But they're also really expensive. Are they worth the money? How are they for poseability? How do they compare to Obitsu? Oh, and hello again! I like them. I like their faces and particularly the way the nose as been sculpted. They're like the indie, non-slutty versions of Barbie—smaller boobs, innocent unsmiling expressions, a greater variety of haircolors. They're also ten times more expensive.
